Scope and contact
These terms cover use of the TruthBox public website, demo-request experience, Champions partner workspace and internal management app at truthbox.ai. Questions can be sent to hello@truthbox.ai. Hardware purchases, installation, subscriptions, commissions and customer-specific services require separately agreed commercial terms; these pages do not establish a price, commission, refund commitment or delivery date.
Accounts and permitted access
Use an account you are authorized to use and provide accurate information. Google sign-in does not by itself approve partner or internal access. Access is subject to the relevant account approval and role controls. Keep your account secure, report suspected unauthorized use and do not share access or attempt to bypass another person’s permissions. These services are intended for business users able to enter applicable agreements.
Information you submit
Submit only information you own or are authorized to provide, including customer contact details and recordings. You retain rights in your submitted content and authorize TruthBox and its service providers to process it as necessary to deliver the requested service, as described in the Privacy Policy. Do not submit unlawful content, malicious code, credentials or information unrelated to the service that unnecessarily exposes another person’s privacy.
Demos and AI output
Demos and AI-generated replies can be incomplete or incorrect and may illustrate workflows that require additional configuration. Review generated content before relying on it or sharing it. Do not treat an AI response as professional legal, medical or financial advice, a binding offer or a promise of product capability. You remain responsible for decisions and actions you authorize.
Partner and internal use
Partners may use their approved workspace for legitimate prospect preparation and assigned requests. Partner access does not authorize access to internal records, customer devices or unrelated accounts. Do not make unsupported claims, promise commercial terms you are not authorized to offer, or represent that a demo proves a deployed integration. Commission and partner responsibilities must be agreed separately.
Availability and changes
Features may change and service may be interrupted for maintenance, provider failures or security reasons. We may restrict or suspend access for misuse, unauthorized activity or security concerns. Contact support about saved records when access is suspended. Except for commitments made in an applicable written agreement or required by law, demos are provided without a guarantee of availability, accuracy or fitness for a particular workflow.
Third-party services and rights
Google sign-in, hosting and AI providers have their own applicable terms and privacy practices. Use of this website does not grant permission to access third-party accounts or resources. TruthBox branding and interface materials remain subject to their owners’ rights; you may use them only as authorized. These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that applicable law does not permit to be excluded.
Updates
The date on this page identifies the current version. We may update these terms as the service changes and provide additional notice where appropriate. Separately agreed written commercial terms continue to govern their subject matter.
