Privacy Policy
Scope and contact
This policy covers the TruthBox public website, demo-request experience, Champions partner workspace and internal management app at truthbox.ai. It describes these hosted services; customer hardware deployments and separately connected business tools may have additional agreed arrangements. For privacy questions or requests, contact hello@truthbox.ai.
Information we receive
Google sign-in provides basic account identity, including an account identifier, email address, verification status and profile information. These apps use basic sign-in permissions, not permission to read your Gmail, Drive or Calendar. We store account membership, roles and access status. Information you submit may include contact details, business requirements, demo conversations, prospect details, meeting notes and transcripts. Internal records may include business, order and collection details. Technical information includes session identifiers, timestamps, security/audit events and hosting request logs.
Why we use information
We use information to authenticate accounts, approve and manage access, maintain saved work, prepare and conduct demos, respond to enquiries, assign requests, support operations and investigate errors or abuse. Google identity information is used for authentication and account administration. It is not an authorization to access other Google services.
Voice and AI processing
When you enable the microphone, captured audio is sent for speech recognition. Conversation text and relevant demo or business context may be sent to an AI service to generate responses; reply text may be sent for speech synthesis. The current hosted demo and partner voice paths use Sarvam AI. Avoid entering passwords, payment credentials or unnecessary sensitive personal information. Obtain appropriate permission before submitting another person’s information or recording their speech.
Service providers and access
Google supplies sign-in, Convex supplies hosted authentication and application storage, Vercel supplies website hosting and server functions, and Sarvam AI supplies configured AI and speech processing. Data may be processed outside your country according to these providers’ infrastructure and terms. Authorized internal staff can review enquiries and operational records. Approved partners can access their own saved prospects and assigned requests; partner approval does not grant internal management access. We may disclose relevant information where required by law or needed to protect the service.
Browser storage and security
The apps use cookies and browser storage for sign-in sessions and application state. Installing a PWA may cache interface assets on your device. Microphone access is controlled by your browser. Access controls and audit records are used to restrict and trace relevant operations; no service can guarantee absolute security. Sign out on shared devices.
Retention and your choices
Saved account and business records remain available for ongoing service use until removed through an applicable process. We do not currently promise automatic deletion after a fixed period. Security records, backups and provider logs may have separate retention. Email hello@truthbox.ai to request access, correction or deletion, identifying the relevant account and records. We may verify your identity and retain records needed for legal obligations, security or unresolved business matters; backup removal may not be immediate. You can stop using the service, revoke Google authorization in your Google Account and disable microphone permission. Revoking sign-in authorization does not itself delete saved records.
Updates
We may update this policy as the hosted services change. The date on this page identifies the current version. We will provide additional notice when appropriate for a material change.
